Kaye Scholer Admits 'Mistakes Were Made' In GSC Disclosures

Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 1:24 PM ET) -- Kaye Scholer LLP offered a mea culpa Monday to a New York bankruptcy judge over allegations that the firm committed ethics violations in GSC Group Inc.'s Chapter 11, saying it had unintentionally made inadequate disclosures about a financial expert.
