Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 3:46 PM ET) -- Greenhouse tomatoes and cucumbers producer Eurofresh Inc. has filed for Chapter 11 in Arizona bankruptcy court to facilitate a sale of substantially all of its assets to rival NatureSweet Ltd., the company said Monday.
The filing marks the second time in four years that the company has filed for Chapter 11. Its bankruptcy petition, filed Sunday, lists $10 million to $50 million in estimated assets and $50 million to $100 million in estimated liabilities.
