Kaye Scholer Can't Keep GSC Fees After Missteps: Trustee

Law360, New York (February 07, 2013, 10:27 PM ET) -- The trustee for investment management firm GSC Group Inc. fired back Thursday at Kaye Scholer LLP in a battle over fees it earned from GSC’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy in New York, saying Kaye Scholer’s admitted mistakes were serious enough to force it to pay back the fees.
