Law360, New York (February 08, 2013, 5:09 PM ET) -- The trustee for bankrupt Thelen LLP has reached undisclosed settlements with three more former partners who agreed to repay compensation they earned before the law firm dissolved in 2008, according to a Wednesday court filing.
Yann Geron, the Chapter 7 trustee for Thelen, asked a New York federal court to approve the clawback settlements with former partners Christopher D. Baker, Brian R. Gallagher and Darlene H. Smith. Settlement documents filed alongside the motion were partially redacted to conceal the amounts as part of a confidentiality agreement....
