Shutterfly Sues Kodak Over Photo Book App

Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 6:38 PM ET) -- Photo-sharing website Shutterfly Inc. on Friday filed suit in New York bankruptcy court claiming Eastman Kodak Co.’s new mobile photo book app violates an agreement not to launch a service similar to the one it sold Shutterfly for $23.8 million last year.
