Yellow Pages Publisher Breached License, Photo Agency Says

Law360, New York (April 19, 2013, 3:48 PM ET) -- Yellow Pages Photos Inc. on Thursday asked a Delaware bankruptcy judge to allow the photo licensing agency to subpoena documents from bankrupt yellow pages publisher SuperMedia LLC, saying it is seeking evidence of a purported breach of its licensing agreement with the debtor.
