Law360, New York (January 25, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Movie Gallery Inc. has been granted an extension of its exclusive control over its reorganization, after the company, which has already filed a Chapter 11 plan, argued that the confirmation process should go forward without being disrupted by competing strategies for restructuring.
