Law360, New York (March 17, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A bankruptcy court judge has granted breast-implant firm MediCor Ltd. a third extension of the exclusivity period to file its Chapter 11 reorganization plan.
Judge Mary F. Walrath of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware signed off Thursday on an order extending MediCor's exclusivity period to May 26, as the Las Vegas-based company requested in February.
The court also agreed to extend the period during which the company has the exclusive right to solicit acceptances of its plan to July 24, 2008....
