Fresh & Easy Gets Nod For Ch. 11 Disclosure Statement

Law360, Wilmington (May 30, 2014, 5:36 PM ET) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Friday approved Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market Inc.'s Chapter 11 disclosure statement, allowing the estate of the high-end supermarket chain to move forward with a liquidation plan that would distribute more than $100 million to creditors.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Kevin J. Carey signed off on the disclosure statement at a hearing in Wilmington, setting the stage for plan confirmation hearing in early July.
