Law360, New York (July 22, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The restructuring and insolvency group at McGuireWoods LLP is one man stronger with the addition of William H. Kiekhofer, who left Mayer Brown LLP after seven years to join McGuireWoods' Los Angeles office in June.
Kiekhofer said his decision to join McGuireWoods was prompted largely by the firm's national bankruptcy presence.
“I was really looking for a broader geographic footprint from the standpoint of bankruptcy coverage,” he said.
