Law360, New York (September 09, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- In an effort to bulk up its presence in key capital markets, Bingham McCutchen LLP has landed a veteran bankruptcy partner to co-lead its global financial restructuring practice in New York.
Jeffrey S. Sabin, a restructuring attorney whose practice focuses on creditors' rights, debt restructuring and financial transactions, joined Bingham McCutchen on Sept. 8 from Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.
Sabin will co-lead the firm's restructuring team along with New York partner Michael Reilly, London partner James Roome and Tokyo partner Hideyuki Sakai.
