Law360, New York (November 07, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Small-business computer systems builder MPC Corp. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection Thursday, just over a year after it acquired the small business unit of Gateway Inc. in a highly touted deal.
The bankruptcy filing in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware came two days after the Nampa, Idaho-based company's stock and warrants were delisted from the NYSE Alternext US LLC exchange, according to a press release from the company.
