Law360, New York (December 04, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP has pulled in a new shareholder to strengthen its business reorganization and bankruptcy team.

Andrew R. Cardonick has joined Greenberg’s Chicago office after serving as a principal and member of the management committee at Goldberg Kohn.

Keith J. Shapiro, co-managing shareholder of the Chicago office and co-chair of the national reorganization and bankruptcy practice, said Cardonick possesses state-of-the-art knowledge on all finance and lending aspects of corporate restructurings.
