Law360, New York (January 14, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Arent Fox LLP has beefed up its bankruptcy team with the addition of restructuring partner James M. Sullivan, who represented Parmalat USA Corp. in its massive Chapter 11 proceedings.
Sullivan began work in the firm’s New York office on Jan. 5, arriving from McDermott Will & Emery LLP, where he was a partner for more than seven years. Prior to McDermott Will, Sullivan worked at McCarter & English LLP.
