Troubled DRAM Maker Qimonda Hit With WARN Suit

Law360, New York (February 11, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Dynamic random access memory maker Qimonda AG and its U.S. units have been slammed with a putative class action filed by former factory employees who claim the company violated the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act by failing to give them proper notice before shutting its Virginia plant.
