Law360, New York (February 12, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Charter Communications Inc., the nation’s fourth-largest cable provider, has reached an agreement with some of its debt holders to restructure more than $8 billion of debt under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, the company said Thursday.
