Law360, New York (April 08, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The former general counsel for one of the country's largest renewable energy suppliers has rejoined Greenberg Traurig LLP's global business reorganization and bankruptcy practice.
Scott D. Cousins, founding shareholder of the firm's Wilmington, Del., office, returned on Monday to head the Delaware bankruptcy team after a four year stint at NextEra Energy Resources LLC.
“It's pretty easy,” Cousins said of the jump. “I feel like it's coming home for me.”
