Amendment OK'd In Delphi Case

Law360, New York (April 17, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A judge has allowed bankrupt Delphi Corp. to amended its complaint in a lawsuit against a group of investors led by Appaloosa Management LP over a failed deal to provide $2.55 billion to the auto parts supplier.

Judge Robert Drain of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York overruled the objections of Appaloosa Friday, according to a report by the Associated Press. Attorneys for both sides did not immediately respond to requests for comment Friday.
