Green Building Initiatives Becoming More Prevalent

Law360, New York (August 20, 2009, 6:29 PM ET) -- In the fight against climate change, much attention has been paid to developing renewable forms of energy and increasing fuel economy standards for automobiles. But lawmakers in the U.S. Congress, along with certain states and municipalities, have also begun taking action to make buildings more energy efficient.
