Law360, New York (May 11, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Actor Warren Beatty has asked the bankruptcy court overseeing Chapter 11 proceedings for Tribune Co. to dismiss an adversary suit brought by one of the media giant's subsidiaries over the rights to iconic detective character Dick Tracy because Beatty has already filed a similar suit in a California district court.
