Wilson Sonsini Ex-Worker Gets Boost In ERISA Case

Law360, New York (May 22, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has granted partial summary judgment to a now-bankrupt former employee of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC who alleges that Prudential Insurance Company of America wrongly denied her claim for long-term disability benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
