Law360, New York (May 27, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has dismissed a patent lawsuit billionaire inventor Ronald A. Katz brought against American Airlines Inc. alleging it infringed patents covering interactive voice applications.
In an order filed Wednesday, Judge R. Gary Klausner of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California entered a final judgment in favor of American Airlines, citing prior rulings dismissing parts of the case.
