Law360, New York (June 01, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Two former Thelen LLP employees have dropped their California suit against the defunct law firm in favor of a recently certified federal class action accusing the firm of terminating its employees without notice and bilking them of vacation compensation.
Cary Kletter of Kletter & Peretz, who represents the plaintiffs in the state suit, confirmed Monday that the plaintiffs had withdrawn their suit from the Superior Court of California in San Francisco County.
