Judge Finds New Reason To Nix Blue Shield Action

Law360, New York (June 05, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Ruling that the plaintiff has not exhausted administrative remedies, a federal judge has dismissed on remand a putative class action alleging that Blue Shield of California instructed hospitals to bill liability insurers before seeking coverage from health plans.
