Law360, New York (June 11, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- CVS Pharmacy Inc. will give any consumer finding expired products on its California stores' shelves a $2 coupon, as part of a settlement ending the California attorney general's inquiry into allegations that the store let baby food, pharmaceuticals and other products sit on shelves months past their sell-by date.
