Roller-Shoe Maker's IP Suit Award Upped To $2.8M

Law360, New York (June 15, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Heeling Sports Ltd., the maker of Heelys, the children's shoes with wheels embedded in the heels, has been awarded $2.8 million in a patent infringement suit, now that a federal judge has increased the damages award by a factor of 10.
