Law360, New York (June 29, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Negotiated Data Solutions LLC has settled its dispute with Dell Inc. over four patents for technology used in network data transmission, though a separate bid by Intel Corp. to invalidate the same patents remains ongoing.
Magistrate Judge Charles Everingham of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas signed off on an agreed motion to dismiss the case with prejudice on Friday.
