Law360, New York (July 07, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Former workers at now-defunct Thelen LLP have filed a putative class action against the firm's ex-partners and their new firms, including Howrey LLP and Nixon Peabody LLP, alleging fraudulent transfer of funds and demanding $18 million.
In the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Monday, Los Angeles boutique Blum Collins LLP filed the suit on behalf of several former Thelen employees, naming ex-Thelen partners and their new firms as defendants.
