Law360, New York (July 08, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. government has accused Broadcom Corp.'s beleaguered executives Henry Nicholas and William Ruehle of issuing subpoenas in shareholder derivative litigation in a cynical ploy to advance their defense of charges in a parallel criminal case.
