Law360, New York (September 01, 2009, 5:44 PM ET) -- Chemical producer Olin Corp. has lost most of its bid to toss claims brought by the Santa Clara Valley Water District in a suit over costs related to the contamination of a groundwater basin that flows into a Northern California reservoir.
