Law360, New York (September 14, 2009, 6:47 PM ET) -- Technology company Broadcom Corp. has sued rival Emulex Corp. for allegedly selling numerous products that infringe 10 patents related to networking and communication technology.
In its complaint, filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, Broadcom accused Emulex of willfully infringing Broadcom patents by selling its LightPulse and FibreSpy products to original equipment manufacturers, which incorporate them into their consumer products.
