Law360, New York (April 07, 2004, 12:00 AM ET) -- Japanese electronics giant Fujitsu has filed lawsuits in Tokyo and Los Angeles against two units of South Korea's Samsung Electronics, alleging infringement of patents related to plasma display panels, the company said Wednesday.
The company filed a suit in Tokyo against Samsung Japan Corp. alleging infringement of a single Japanese patent and in the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles against Samsung SDI Co. Ltd. alleging infringement of ten other patents, the company said in a statement.
