Law360, New York (October 07, 2009, 5:53 PM ET) -- Japan’s Fair Trade Commission has sent a cease-and-desist letter to MT Picture Display Co. and Samsung SDI Co. Ltd. requiring them to take measures to prevent further price-fixing in the market for the cathode ray tubes used in TVs, following the agency’s investigation into their alleged involvement in an international cartel.
