Insurer Claims It Settled Over Bratz Legal Fees

Law360, New York (December 10, 2009, 5:49 PM ET) -- Crum & Forster Specialty Insurance Co. has fired back against allegations from other insurers that it failed to help cover MGA Entertainment Inc.’s legal fees in the company’s copyright battle with Mattel Inc., asserting that it has already settled the matter with the Bratz-doll maker.
