Truckers, Refiners Fight Calif. Emissions Policy

Law360, New York (February 03, 2010, 1:02 PM ET) -- California's Low Carbon Fuel Standard violates the commerce clause of the U.S. Constitution by regulating emissions spent to transport fuel into the state, according a suit filed against Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and other state officials by a group of trade associations and energy lobbyists.
