Law360, New York (April 19, 2010, 7:30 PM ET) -- Several U.S. Supreme Court justices on Monday seemed to indicate that they thought it was reasonable for a California police department to search through an officer's text messages, in a case that could have implications for public and private employers' ability to monitor workers' electronic communications.
