Penske Installers Win Cert. Bid In Meal Break Action

Law360, New York (April 28, 2010, 3:42 PM ET) -- Three Penske Logistics LLC employees who performed inventory delivery and installation services for the company's Whirlpool Corp. account have won a class certification bid in their suit accusing Penske of failing to properly compensate them for meal and rest break periods.
