Law360, New York (May 25, 2010, 7:53 PM ET) -- Class members have until June 4 to object or opt out of a settlement that calls for AT&T Mobility to allow its customers to unlock their phones, a deal that excludes Apple Inc.'s iPhone.
Earlier this year, AT&T reached the deal to settle four suits in state courts in California and Florida that alleged the company violated the law by locking cell phone handsets to make it difficult for customers to switch service providers without buying a new handset.
