Law360, New York (May 27, 2010, 4:07 PM ET) -- Hyundai Motor Co. has opted to settle a putative class action accusing the Korean automotive company of selling vehicles with defective subframes.
Lead plaintiff Nicholas Cirulli filed a joint motion for settlement approval with Hyundai on Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
