Law360, New York (June 29, 2010, 4:44 PM ET) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and other defendants in multidistrict litigation alleging they fixed the price of liquid crystal display screens have won a joint motion to dismiss claims brought by AT&T Corp. and its affiliates, though the plaintiffs will have leave to amend their complaint.
Judge Susan Illston of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California dismissed the antitrust suit Monday, finding an amended complaint lacked factual allegations that the defendants conspired to fix prices.
