Netflix Seeks En Banc Ruling On Fees In Patent Suits

Law360, New York (July 06, 2010, 4:19 PM ET) -- Netflix Inc. has asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit to consider en banc the standard district courts use to consider whether to award attorneys' fees to prevailing parties in patent infringement suits, maintaining that the current standard treats defendants differently from plaintiffs.
