Wal-Mart, Netflix Can't Shake DVD Rental Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (July 07, 2010, 2:43 PM ET) -- A judge has thwarted Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and Netflix Inc.'s latest attempt to toss a suit accusing the companies of participating in a conspiracy that caused Blockbuster Inc. to raise its prices for online DVD rentals.
