IPhone Antitrust Class Certified

Law360, New York (July 09, 2010, 6:00 PM ET) -- A federal judge has certified a class action accusing Apple Inc. and AT&T Mobility LLC of monopolizing the aftermarket for iPhone voice and data services, but dismissed some of the plaintiffs’ allegations that a software update ruined consumer-modified iPhones.
