Class Cert. Denied In ConAgra Popcorn Action

Law360, New York (August 27, 2010, 12:29 PM ET) -- A federal judge has denied certification to a proposed class of consumers that accuse ConAgra Foods Inc. of continuing to use butter-flavoring chemical diacetyl in its Orville Redenbacher and Act II brands of microwave popcorn despite making claims to the contrary amid health concerns.
