EEOC Accuses DHL Of Racial Segregation

Law360, New York (September 24, 2010, 6:51 PM ET) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed a putative class action accusing DHL Express (USA) Inc. of engaging in racial discrimination, claiming the delivery giant assigned black employees less appealing — and often more dangerous — job assignments because of their race.
