Law360, New York (October 14, 2010, 7:44 PM ET) -- A grand jury has indicted a former executive of Chi Mei Optoelectronics Corp. on a felony charge that he conspired to fix the prices of thin film transistor liquid crystal displays, the U.S. Department of Justice said Thursday.
The indictment — returned in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California — charges Hsin-Tsung Wang with one count of participating in the global conspiracy from as early as September 2001 to Dec. 1, 2006.
