DOJ, Attys Duel Over Sentence For Convicted Fraudster

Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 5:15 PM ET) -- Defense attorneys and prosecutors have filed dueling memorandums debating whether Dr. W. Scott Harkonen, a pharmaceutical executive convicted last year of fraudulently marketing one of his company’s drugs for a deadly lung disease it was not approved to treat, should be imprisoned for his crimes.
