Law360, New York (November 08, 2010, 5:45 PM ET) -- Bayer CropScience LP, United Potato Growers of America Inc. and others will fight multiple antitrust battles on one front, now that several putative class actions alleging a potato price-fixing conspiracy have been consolidated in Idaho.
According to a Friday docket entry in the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho, a suit filed in Vermont has been consolidated with new multidistrict litigation that also includes Dole Food Co. Inc., United Potato Growers of Idaho, General Mills Inc. and others as defendants.
