Samsung Fails To Nix Classes In SRAM Antitrust MDL

Law360, New York (December 09, 2010, 1:57 PM ET) -- A federal judge has shot down Cypress Semiconductor Corp. and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s attempt to decertify classes of direct and indirect buyers in a multidistrict litigation alleging price-fixing of certain memory chips, but granted summary judgment to the companies Wednesday on some claims brought by indirect purchasers.
