Law360, New York (March 27, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A judicial panel has transferred more than 40 cases to a California district court in a move to consolidate antitrust litigation against a slew of technology companies for alleged price-fixing of static random access memory (SRAM) chips.
The panel for multidistrict litigation has decided to divert at least 42 separate SRAM cases in various jurisdictions to the U.S. District for the Northern District of California after transferring a similar civil action to that district on Feb. 9, according to a court filing on March 22....
